We welcome pets at $75 per pet per stay. This fee is NON-Refundable.
▪Pets Allowed (Weight Limits, Insurable pets only and a non refundable pet fee)
If pets are allowed under the agreement, If pets are allowed under this agreement,
Tenant will assume all liabilities in regards to the pet(s). PET INSURANCE: It is required for
Tenants to have a Renter's Policy that INCLUDES ANIMAL LIABILITY at tenant's
Any Damage caused to property or other’s property or person, will be the responsibility of
Tenant. Tenant will pick up after the pets and have consideration for neighbors.
NOISE: Tenant agrees not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which
might disturb the peace and quiet of any neighbor. Said noise and/or activity shall be a breach
of this agreement. Tenant's Obligations: During the Rental Agreement term, as a condition to
Resident's continuing right to use and occupy the premises.
THERE SHALL BE NO SMOKING WITHIN THE PREMISES. Premises shall be used
and occupied by people as per application, for leisure/vacation and for no other purpose.
Tenant agrees not to use or permit any other person to use premises for any purpose in
violation of the laws of the State of Florida or any other applicable laws. Landlord shall give
reasonable notice to Tenant as to showings and inspections of premises as necessary. Tenant
and all of his/her guests agree that the use of all personal property is “at their own risk”.
Tenant agrees to reimbursed landlord for any damages to premises caused by tenant or any
of his/her guests over and above the security deposit, if any.
